How to Use Collaborations to Skyrocket Your Business to the Next Level


The ideal Audience for this bundle:

•Online entrepreneurs within their first 5 years of business, wanting to start implementing collaboration ventures in their business.
•Age range between 25 – 55.

•Projected to host a collaboration of some sort in the next 6 - 12 months.
•Projected to buy courses and/or templates to implement collaboration in the next 6 -12 months.


How the Event Will Work
  • The Collab Fest Summit will run from 28 - 30 January 2025 with an extended availability of the presentations over the weekend of 1-2 February.
  • Presentations will include 15 - 20 minutes of content (with up to a 2-minute freebie pitch). Presentations should prioritize delivering value to the audience instead of resembling a promotional webinar format please.
  • Along with the presentations, there will be a Facebook group for attendees to have fun in, hold each other accountable, and ask questions. If attendees have good questions while your presentation is going on, you’re welcome to go live in the Facebook group for a bit of an encore to answer those questions, connect with the attendees, and provide even more value. I am breaking the rules and will be using my normal FB group for this as it is 100% aligned with the summit. You can join the group HERE
  • The summit will be free for attendees with the option to have a paid upgrade (I am considering 2 levels of upgrades)
  • Everything will be pre-recorded, there are no specific live requirements during the summit. - But will be appreciated if you can show up.
  • I am planning to create some collab session rooms with some new Zoom alternative software I purchased. Perhaps we can set up some hosting corners for you as the speakers to show up and just hang out with some of the attendees. They might have some questions etc. I am thinking of having different tea corners (summits, bundles, affiliates, etc) and then the attendees can pick and choose where they want to roam and connect. If this idea comes to life, I will let you pick some spots here and there to show up and hang out. This is if you wish too of course.
  • Leading up to the summit, we’ll have two weeks of promotion. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy! I'll even have a suggested posting/sending suggestions for you to make promo easy to outsource to a VA.
  • During the promotion phase, as the summit is running, and for the weekend after the summit is complete, we’ll also be promoting the All Acess Pass. This will provide immense value to our attendees while making the work of promoting and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions and grow your email list. Yay!
What I’ll Ask of You

So this all sounds great, but what kind of work does it require of you? Let’s chat about it!


1. BASIC INFORMATION

The first thing I’ll need is some basic information from you so I can finish up our registration page and speaker pages.

2. PRESENTATION

Next up is your presentation! This is a 20-minute (30-min max) pre-recorded presentation that is meant to be more friendly and casual than perfect and structured.


We want our attendees to learn something great while having fun in the process.


Please structure your content in a way that allows attendees to walk away feeling like they've really learned something, rather than a webinar format where they feel like they're missing something that they need to buy from you asap.


With that being said, you have your choice of the following presentation formats:

  • Slides
  • No slides (just your gorgeous/handsome face)
  • A mixture of the two
  • Interview-style (if you want this, please get in touch ASAP so we can set this up)


No matter what format you choose, you are free to use your presentation however you’d like in the future.


Your presentation should include great, actionable content. Here’s the suggested format:

  • A quick introduction
  • An overview of your topic
  • Where people go wrong with your topic and tend to overcomplicate it
  • Teaching section
  • Specific action steps (with the goal of simplifying their existing process)
  • Up to a 2-minute freebie pitch



Presentations are due by 15 December 2024 (1 December preferred).

3. All ACCESS PASS CONTRIBUTION

The All Access Pass will be a huge addition to the presentations we’re running. To make it even more valuable and to give you an additional way to grow your email list, I’ll ask each of you to provide one resource to add. This includes things like:

  • Templates
  • Workbooks
  • Courses (big or small)
  • 1-month memberships
  • eBooks

Note: I expect this to convert well so I do not recommend contributing any 1:1 offers.


It’s totally up to you to decide whether you’d like to create something new or provide something you already have. While this isn’t required, it’s highly encouraged that you participate.


Anyone who does contribute a premium resource will get a 50% affiliate commission on sales. It’s also an opportunity to collect hundreds of extra email addresses as attendees claim your offer.


We cannot accept freebies/lead magnets or percentage-off offers. These resources needs to be free for the All Access Pass.


Information for these resources is due on 15 December 2024.


Attendees will be able to start claiming their bonus right when registration opens on 14 January 2025.




4. PRIZE FOR GIVEAWAY:

If everything goes according to plan, we're excited to host some fun collaboration sessions during the summit week! We'll be rewarding some participants who show up and get involved in these sessions. Any prizes you can offer would be fantastic! You can decide whether to give one prize to one lucky person or share multiple prizes with several participants. This is completely up to you and your prize is appreciated.




5. PROMOTION

The power of an online summit comes from a group of experts coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved.


Because of that, everyone is encouraged to share on social media and to email their lists during the promotion period, starting on 14 January 2025.


You’ll want to share using your affiliate link (which will be communicated via email) so you can get in on the 50% commission that will come from any All Access Pass sales

Social Media and Email Marketing.
Your participation as a speaker requires that You promote the Summit to your audience accordingly:


- One solo email BEFORE the start summit starts (the week leading up to the summit)
- One email mention DURING the summit (preferably the day the summit starts)
- One social media post BEFORE the summit starts to your most active social platform (the week leading up to the summit)
- One social media post DURING the summit to your most active social platform (preferably the day the summit starts)





6. EVENT PARTICIPATION

And last comes participation during the week of the event. Since we’ll already have done the work of creating the presentations and extra resources, we’ll be able to sit back and relax for the most part!

All I ask is that you interact with the participants in our FB group. I will be giving them chances to ask questions and it will be amazing if you can show up and answer some. I am using my main FB as the summit group as well, yes, I am indeed breaking the rules, but the group is 100% aligned with the summit and that is the only reason that it will work.

If all goes as planned, we will also be hosting some amazing collab sessions in a zoom-like break-out room environment. I will communicate the details about this once it has been set-up. As speakers, you will have the opportunity to lead some of these sessions.

Affiliate Details

While summits are great for overall visibility and making new connections, a little extra income never hurts either, right?


That’s exactly why I’ve set up an affiliate program for the All Access Pass where you’ll receive a commission from all sales from traffic you refer to the event. Payouts will be made within 30 days of the summit's end.


The commission structure is as follows:

  • 50% for all speakers


The pricing structure will be: (this is a work in progress and will be updated soon. I am considering 2 levels of the AAP. I will communicate this with you ASAP.

To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, the Resource Vault includes things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics.

However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads.


Just remember to use your affiliate link, which as with all affiliate promotions, be sure to disclose that you’re an affiliate when sharing with your audience.
