There's something special about the collective knowledge and support that comes from a mastermind. If you had to ask me which aspect of business I value the most, it would be a mastermind. Seriously, nothing compares to the power of a group of like-minded individuals coming together to share and learn.

In the past, I've had just one mastermind, but this time around, I'm doing things a bit differently. I'll be hosting two separate masterminds: one for business builders and one for business growers. Seeing as we need something to differentiate the 2 masterminds, the route we are going for is revenue. It's about where you are at and the specific conversations and challenges you're facing.

For the sake of the masterminds... If you're making less than 5k a month, you're a business builder. You're still in the early stages of building your business, fine-tuning your messaging, and figuring things out. Your goal is to reach that 5k mark.
On the other hand, if you're consistently making more than 5k a month, you're a business grower. You've moved past the basics and face different decisions and challenges. The conversations to be had in this mastermind will look much different than in the business builder mastermind.

The reason for having separate masterminds is to ensure that each peer group can learn and grow together effectively. While both groups can benefit from each other, it's important for each group to have peers who are at a similar level or slightly ahead. It creates a more cohesive and valuable experience for everyone involved.
